Raytheon Australia certified its latest R6s Expert, Chris Wrangle, at a Raytheon Australia R6s Board held recently in Canberra. Chris became the first to certify as a R6s Expert under a new training and certification model introduced by Raytheon Company during 2008. The new model involves a "Learning Journey", where a R6s Expert certifies against six core competencies and is expected to lead and deliver benefits to the company across a range of projects.

This is a significant change from the previous model where students qualified under one major project. Chris led and delivered significant business benefits across a number of projects including risk management, employee retention and the HR Performance Development System, revitalised R6s Specialist training and numerous other activities. Chris now becomes our eighth certified R6s Expert in Raytheon Australia.
