Jim Boston is now a certified Raytheon Six Sigma™ Expert. Jim completed his certification by describing how he used R6s to help Raytheon Australia achieve its Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) objective and to be better prepared to execute and expand its business.

The certification board, which included Terry Stevenson, Raytheon Australia Chief Technology Officer, and Master Experts from Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems and Raytheon Company corporate headquarters, applauded his commitment and tenacity in leading change initiatives across 14 different process areas.

The board also recognised that Jim’s efforts had enabled Raytheon Australia to become the first defence company in Australia to achieve this level of CMMI® certification.
